NTX Land is a family-owned land development company rooted in Celina, Texas. From an early age, our founder Geoff Perkins found himself fascinated by home design, spending countless hours sketching floorplans and imagining new possibilities. This passion led him to study architecture and drafting in school, which laid the foundation for a career that would span across the real estate industry including house flipping and property appraisal. Through these experiences, he discovered what makes property truly special - the freedom to create and live life on your own terms.

After moving to the country and experiencing the rural lifestyle himself, he formed a deep respect for the freedom, beauty, and possibilities that owning land provides. However, North Texas's dramatic transformation, particularly evident by Celina's recent evolution from a quiet rural town to America's fastest-growing city, made it clear that the dream of rural living was becoming increasingly exclusive to the rich. This realization sparked our calling: to make the countryside accessible to more Texas families.
